Legacy Meadows is upscale, luxury retirement living home prioritizing an active lifestyle and providing an array of daily, weekly, and monthly group activities and community outings. We offer personal care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. We offer companionship, providing social interaction and emotional support. We prepare meals onsite daily and provide light housekeeping to all residents. We also manage medications, providing reminders and assistance with taking medications.

A nursing home is a health care facility that provides nursing or convalescent care to persons who are not sick enough to be in the hospital, but who need services provided by licensed nursing staff. An adult family care homes assists individuals who do not need nursing care but cannot live at home independently and have their care needs safely met. 

Our pricing is broken down into 4 different levels and varies based on the amount/type of care required. The entry rate for a level one resident (Independent residents who need socialization and support for a high quality of life. Require minimal to no staff assistance with ADs. Generally healthy with no serious health complications or need for advanced medical treatment. Able to engage in

social activities with minimal help and live with a high degree of freedom and independence) is $7,800 monthly. Our administrative team will be happy to provide you with a full pricing guide although the exact monthly cost cannot be determined until a comprehensive assessment is completed.

Our Administrator in Charge will do a biopsychosocial evaluation upon referral and schedule to meet with the resident and their family. From there, we create an individualized Service Plan based on the evaluation, which outlines the specific care that best meet the resident’s care and service needs.

We take great care to personalize each resident’s experience. We review each residents’ individualized Service Plan regularly to make any necessary adjustments to the care and services we deliver while also coordinating with their family members.
